Your satisfaction is our first priority. We offer free pre-sale consultations to answer any questions you may have, including product selection, lead time, and other questions.
When you place your order, you should receive, within minutes, a confirmation email acknowledging your order. Your contract to purchase an item is not complete until we send you an email notifying you of shipment.
Most items can be returned, regardless of reason, within 30 days. Some exceptions do exist. Please visit our RETURN POLICY page for full information on our return policy.

The shipping and handling charge is intended to compensate Ergonomic Evolution for the cost of handling your order, packaging the product(s) you have purchased, and delivering it/them to you or to the recipient you designate. Prior to submitting your payment information, you will have the opportunity to review the applicable shipping and handling charges. We do not ship orders to APO/FPO or P.O. Boxes.
